Only worn a couple of times, beautiful skirt, perfect for summer! Partially lined. Small light orange stain on front, hard to see. UPDATE: 26” waist and 33” length The lining goes maybe an inch past the top tier of stitching below the waist of the skirt. It esentially covers the behind but doesn’t extend much further than that.
